Am oberen Ende des Westenhellwegs und damit zu Fuß 10 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt eröffnet am 15. Januar 2024 im „Telekom-Gebäude“ ein neuer Lernort für die TU Dortmund (Adresse: Westenhellweg 127). Die 160 Lernplätze befinden sich im 2. Stock.

Der neue Lernort ergänzt die anderen Lernorte am Campus der TU Dortmund, die zum Teil extra für die Neubauphase der Bibliothek eingerichtet wurden. Der Zugang zur 2. Etage ist für TU-Studierende und für Studierende der Unis Bochum und Duisburg-Essen sowie der FH Dortmund möglich (Studierendenausweis bzw. CampusID in der TU-App).

• Montag bis Freitag: 8 – 22 Uhr
• Samstag und Sonntag: 10 – 22 Uhr

At the upper end of Westenhellweg, a 10-minute walk from the main train station, a new study area for TU Dortmund University will open on January 15, 2024 in the „Telekom building“ (address: Westenhellweg 127). The 160 learning spaces are located on the 2nd floor.

The new learning space complements the other learning sites on TU Dortmund University’s campus, some of which were set up especially for the new Library’s construction phase. Access to the 2nd floor is possible for TU students, students from the universities of Bochum and Duisburg-Essen and from the FH Dortmund (student ID or CampusID in the TU app).
