Dazu wird das Geb\u00e4ude st\u00fcckweise abgetragen und das Material zum Recycling sortiert. Der Prozess gleicht mehr einem &#8222;Abnagen&#8220; als einem Abriss. F\u00fcr die Bauarbeiten muss die Bushaltestelle stadteinw\u00e4rts unter der Mensabr\u00fccke verlegt werden. S-Bahn, H-Bahn und die umliegenden Geb\u00e4ude werden weiter uneingeschr\u00e4nkt erreichbar sein, um die k\u00fcnftige Baustelle herum werden alternative Fu\u00df- und Radwege und eine Fu\u00dfg\u00e4ngerbr\u00fccke angelegt. Nur Parkpl\u00e4tze, die direkt in Baustellenn\u00e4he liegen, fallen weg. Einschr\u00e4nkungen durch L\u00e4rm und Staubbelastung sollen so weit wie m\u00f6glich vermieden werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"18\" height=\"14\" class=\"wp-image-464\" src=\"https:\/\/baublog.ub.tu-dortmund.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/flag-english.gif\" alt=\"\"> The old building will be deconstructed starting in spring 2024. To do this, the building will be removed piece by piece and the material sorted for recycling. The process is more like \u201cgnawing\u201d\u00a0than demolition. The S-Bahn, H-Bahn and surrounding buildings will be accessible without restriction. One of the bus stops under the Mensa Bridge will have to be relocated for the construction work; the footpath from the S-Bahn to the campus will also have to be rerouted. Around the future construction site, alternative pedestrian and bicycle paths and a pedestrian bridge will be built. Only parking spaces near the construction site will be eliminated. Extensive measures will be taken to keep noise and dust to a minimum.
